Kevin Keating
Chief Executive Officer


Kevin Keating founded the TRES Group of Companies in 1997 comprising of Telecom Real Estate Services (provides brokerage services for telecommunications and data centers), Meet Me Room LLC (an operator and developer of Meet Me Rooms) and TRES Management, Inc. (leased and managed Carrier Hotels). TRES developed "Carrier Center", a portfolio of state of the art Carrier Hotels. The TRES portfolio comprised of 2.1 million square feet which represented one of the largest technical inventories in the nation. Keating oversaw a team of real estate professionals in four offices that leased in excess of 2.5 million square feet for over a dozen long distance companies and 3 national CLEC's.

In August of 2000, 360networks, inc. acquired the Carrier Center portfolio consisting of 1.4 million square feet and several operating companies. Overseeing a staff of 80 engineering and development specialists, Keating joined 360networks, inc. where he served as General Manager of Global Development managing 1.8 million square feet of Carrier Hotel and data center space. Keating also acted as General Manager for Global Real Estate where he was responsible for all aspects of real estate procurement in North America.

Keating began his career in some of the most prominent real estate brokerage firms in the world including Cushman and Wakefield in California where he served as Associate Director, Richard Ellis in Hong Kong where he served as Associate Director, and Knowlton Realty in California, Canada and Portland where he held leadership positions from Branch Manager to Senior Vice President.

Today, as Chief Executive Officer of TRES, Keating leads and established a selected group of professionals to develop TRES's expanded and unique full service offering to the Enterprise and telecommunications industries consisting of Real Estate Services, Infrastructure Services and Capital.

Keating holds a BA in Business Administration, graduating with honors, from University of Western Ontario.



Jon Gerhardt
Director


With over 14 years of management experience, Jon Gerhardt has proven business and technical expertise to deliver telecommunications products and services. As Director of the Colocation division of TRES Infrastructure Services, Gerhardt is responsible for all aspects of direct sales, business development and vendor relationships. He is a professional that can manage for success in a complex and technical environment.

Previously, Gerhardt joined 360networks, inc. where he held various leadership roles during his tenure as Director within the Internet Exchange Program. His responsibilities included developing a product and services plan to extend 360networks' services into full service data centers. As Director of Colocation Product Development he oversaw 250,000 square feet of global colocation inventory. Prior to 360networks, Gerhardt brought his leadership experience to Loudeye Technologies where he directed marketing and project management programs: Alternate Channel Manager - responsible for Reseller, Referral and Solution programs; Senior Project Account Manager for Major Accounts - Sony, EMI, Real Networks, and Microsoft. Gerhardt finally set his sights on rapidly expanding the business nationally. As Director of New Business Operations, he delivered over 80,000 square feet of technical space for three Loudeye Digital Media Centers within 18 months.

Gerhardt previously served as a Helicopter Commander and Search and Rescue Pilot in the United States Navy.

A native to the Northwest, Gerhardt holds a MBA from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management, Willamette University and a BS from Oregon State University.



Robert Carr
Director


With close to 15 years of professional experience in telecommunications sales, management and consulting, Robert ("Bob") Carr brings leadership and a depth of knowledge and expertise to TRES. Carr is currently responsible for all aspects of management for the Bandwidth services of the Infrastructure Services division of TRES. Carr's exceptional customer service talent strengthens TRES's commitment to our clients.

Prior to joining TRES, Carr formed Telecom Services Group (TSG), one of the region's leaders in business telecommunications consulting. Carr has provided services for numerous clients from a variety of different industries. Carr's client list includes Windermere Real Estate, Todd Pacific Shipyards, Loudeye Technologies, and Sunterra Pacific. Carr has worked successfully maintaining open communications with his clients and understanding their telecommunications needs leading to long-term and on-going relationships. Carr's broad base of experience includes voice services (local, long distance, dedicated point to point), and myriad of data services (such as basic DSL to OC-3, OC-48, VPN, colocation and much more) required by today's businesses to operate. As a veteran in the telecommunications industry, Carr has established relationships with the major telecommunications carriers in the area including AT&T Local, Sprint, Qwest, and XO Communications.

Carr's telecommunications career began in major account sales with Sprint during the late 1980's. He also served as General Manager in Seattle with Northwest Telecommunications which was later bought by LDDS which then became MCI/Worldcom in 1994. Carr served as Northwest Zone Manager with Ford Motor Companies Lincoln Mercury Division and a Management Consultant and Trainer with the Development Service Corporation in Bellevue.

Carr holds a MBA from Michigan State University, and a BS from University of Dayton.
