January 2002 TRES, Carter & Burgess, and Turner eTechnologies Group, a Market Segment Group of Turner Construction specializing in high-tech, fast tract and multiple building programs establish a Teaming Agreement to form TRES Design Build Services focusing on our mission critical facilities deployment. December 2001 TRES launched the headquarter office in Seattle, with an expanded service offering of Real Estate Services, Infrastructure Services, and Capital to the Enterprise and telecommunications sectors. August 2000 360networks, inc. acquired the Carrier Centers portfolio comprising of 4 buildings approx. 1.4 million square feet and several operating companies of TRES. August 2000 Redevelopment of Carrier Center Los Angeles, comprising of 449,254 rentable square feet of Telecom space was completed. This facility is located in 600 West 7th Street located in the heart of Telecom District. July 2000 Design on redevelopment for Carrier Center Atlanta, comprising of 394,999 rentable square feet, was completed. This facility is located in 1200 White Street SW, in the heart of the new Atlanta Technology District. November 1999 Redevelopment for Carrier Center Dallas, comprising of 301,008 rentable square feet, was completed. This facility is located in 400 South Akard Street, across from Southwestern Bell central office and Dallas headquarters. August 1997 Kevin Keating founded the TRES Group of Companies with three main divisions consisting of Telecom Real Estate Services, Meet Me Room LLC, and Telecom Real Estate Management Inc. |
