We look for cost effective solutions for the industry including renovation of data centers, development of enhanced core and shell solutions and purchase of existing built data centers.

We selectively renovate and modernize existing data centers when we can upgrade them to a new tier of service reliability. Our team has worked together for 13 years and has renovated hundreds of data centers.
Kevin Keating founded the TRES group of companies in 1997 comprising of Telecom Real Estate Services to develop "Carrier Center", a portfolio of state of the art Carrier Hotels. The TRES portfolio comprised 2.1 million square feet of technical space which represented one of the largest technical inventories in the nation. Keating oversaw a team of real estate professionals in four offices that leased in excess of 2.5 million square feet for over a dozen long distance companies and 3 national CLEC's.
The TRES team comprises a real estate, legal, construction management and design team that builds that has 13 years of team experience. We furnish our services for our tenants to complete their improvements in our buildings.
