For the last 5 years TRES Holdings has acted as our holding company for the purchase of long term credit leased assets. Our primary focus is to invest in long term credit leased facilities. We work closely with selected institutional funds while deploying our own capital. We have a very successful track record in the most turbulent markets.

I: Development of your own private data center:
You may want to develop your own data center. We can finance your data center over a 20 year term and eliminate huge one time upfront costs. We have a program for medium sized data centers from 1200-2400 kw of critical load all built in a modular fashion. We handle the complete program and finance everything.

II: Purchase of constructed buildings:
As we have evolved from our roots in the mission critical sector, our partners have grown our mandate to include more passive investments providing the same long term credit security. We are now actively seeking long term credit investments in retail leased assets.
Our main investment targets include:
1: Long Term Triple net leased mission critical facilities- including telecom infrastructure
2: Long Term Triple net leased industrial or retail properties
