We act as our own at-risk general contractor to bring our project to you on time and under budget. If you hire us to manage your construction, we will act as a 3rd party agency construction manager on your behalf where the project is designed and constructed on an open-book accounting basis and we charge a flat fee for our management services. There will be no games, no hidden costs and no change orders that benefit the contactor. As your agency construction manager, we will be your fiduciary agent acting with the same care and conviction as we do for our own projects.

We aggressively bid all work and create a competitive environment with seamless control of the design and construction process. There is no finger pointing between design and construction as our construction team drives the entire process.

If you have your own team- no problem- we will construct the Owner core and shell and work closely with your team. We have pre approved several of the largest data center construction companies including: Carlson Consulting, DPR, Turner Construction and Swinerton Mission Critical.
