Northern California Data Center
TRES Northern California Data Center is a former MCI Worldcom data center that was purchased by TRES and modernized by the TRES team with state of the art finishes to provide a new state of the art facility. The modernization included all interior finishes, new roof, all new electrical infrastructure(UPS/PDU/Switchgear) and an exhaustive renovation of the mechanical system. Final commissioning of the plant was performed by Lee Technologies.

Mechanical plant completely modernized to include new pumps, renovation of all major systems and installation of building automation system.

Roof mounted DX system
The third source of cooling is a roof mounted DX system. New 20 year roof installed at commencement of renovation.

New Generator Plant
Newly installed generator plant with N+1 capability.

Critical power generators
New mechanical plant generator system installed with N+1 capacity. Existing critical plant generators upgraded with Cummins Power Command digital automation.

New Fuel Farm

New addressable fire control system newly installed with all new panels and wiring throught the building.

6 new Emerson UPS units installed with complete new wiring to the new IEM switchgear.
