TRES has established a reputation as an entrepreneurial developer of solutions to the telecommunications and
Enterprise sectors. Our primary focus is to invest in infrastructure facilities to support high technology
applications. We provide capital to early stage infrastructure and make strategic acquisitions in real estate,
telecommunications, data and technology sectors. Our ongoing work in developing large scale networks allows us
to employ our capital in support of network construction on a local and regional basis. We work closely with
selected venture capital and institutional funds while deploying our own capital. Our transactions revolve around

Real Estate Investment
We offer several activities in our pursuit for investments in the real estate sector. We purchase large fully
leased properties from a variety of fortune 1000 companies. In addition, we provide funding for large scale
build to suit projects for our clients.
Some of our recent transactions involved the redevelopment of abandoned, centrally located buildings across
North America. These buildings were converted to state of the art Carrier Hotels in a compressed timeframe
to take advantage of the marketplace. Through our efforts, we have achieved maximum value through capital
improvements, developed, leased and sold a portfolio of properties comprising over 1.2 million square feet.

Data Centers
Our Teams are experts in the leasing, development and management of Carrier Hotels and data centers. As one of
the pioneers in this sector, we trademarked the concept of the MeetMeRoom - a data center for the provisioning
of network termination equipment and a fiber interconnection platform for carriers.
